I need to put together a couple of pages for my website.
Currently I have nothing set up, except I have a domain name and hosting.
I need a landing page created to capture names and email addresses. This page will also have a survey on it for the visitor to fill out. The survey is created with surveymoney (surveymonkey.com) which I will provide you access to.
Please look at www.thetruckersedge.com for reference of the type of landing page I'm looking for.
I want to incorporate aweber as my email capture method.
Once the survey is filled out, the visitor would be directed back to their mail box to get the link, which you would set up, for a "free report" page that they would download. I also want to test the option of the visitor receiving the "free report" immediately after they enter their info without going back to their mail box for the link.
I will supply the free report page as a Word document for you convert to a pdf and upload to the site.
