I would like someone to design and build a website similar to: http://www.bigtigweekend.net/ with different contents (images, text, etc) and form mail.
Please note (important):
- I do not want it to be done in flash. Would like music if possible (not require, let me know if possible when bidding.)
- Navigation menus should be dropdown menus similar to http://www.bigtigweekend.net
When bidding, please kindly let me know how much it will be to have the top part (menu part) develop in flash and the bottom part in just html (Please see http://www.cacgow.org).
Please let me know how much it would be for no flash and flash top (2 separate amounts).
