I have a b2b trade portal that I want to have registered members that are logged in to be able to Instant message each other.
I think the system would need to indicate on the buy/or sell offer whether the person is online or not.
So if I go to a sell offer for golf clubs I would see all of the contact info for that person(the way it is now) plus an instant message icon if the person is online.
Also I am wondering about giving members the opportunity to add some email addresses during the creation of buy or sell leads that recipients would receive notice of the post on submit. It would need to be administered from my backend so I could set the number of emails per membership type and there would need to be a subject line and small message box.
The member would list 1 to 10 email addresses of potential or current clients to receive the mini blast.
The recipient would recieve something like this
Subject - A message from Bob's Golf Clubs
Message - Bob's Golf clubs has introduced a new club see it here
