	Description:	go here: http://www.galaxyscripts.com/ download the free script: Mini File Host 1.5 modify the uploader/download sections to where it will do this: I want an in-page pop-up. a div popup for the uploader's & downloader's pages I want a delay when they press the button once they get 30% of the file uploaded to popup a advertising (ad) window. I need this coded ASAP, I've been told it should take a short time 10-30 minutes. Please be ready and have experience coding div popups prior to bidding as the last programer I hired here took 2 days only to say he wasn't familiar or inexperienced with how to implement this
