	Description:	I need someone to build me a Flash User Interface to be used with my MySql database of cards so that my visitors can search an array of information on each card. I have enclosed an image of what it might look like for my users. The left side of the scene would be for the actual search options. The middle of the scene would hold the list of results and the right side of the scene would display the card image and text data of each item. I already have my database structure of tables and rows with the card information as will as the images. I just need you to build the flash interface that will search the table and rows of my Mysql database of information, hold and display the request by my users. Also I would like to have the flash movie linked to my forums member's list and user groups. Such as Guest, Register Users, Moderators/Administrators and such. I want to be able to set the level of options for the search features. For an example: Guest would only be able to perform a basic search such as the name of the card and the rest of the search options would be grayed out. While a registrar user would be able to search an array of search options for each card and the Moderators/Administrators would be able to not only search all but also edit the information on the right side of the scene. *Please place your bid with the correct amount and time frame. Do not post one amount and then ask for more later on. And please let's not high ball each other. **Also do not PM me with your bid or say things like “Ready to do the job, contact us with the information and we will put together a bid for you”. It's all spelled out above. The only thing we would need to work out is the final layout, search fields, table structure/schematics of my database and my forums users/group tables. By the way I use vBulletin.
