REPOSTING THIS SINCE THE LAST GUY COULD NOT DO IT. PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING.
I have purchased the below generic website template for my site.

I need a web designer to do the following:
1. Import the purchased template as a header/footer template into Wordpress which I currently use as a CMS for my site. All pages but one will use WordPress' static "PAGES". One page will use WordPress' "POSTS" for standard blogging. Contact me if you don't understand this.
2. Update the flash menu and header with my site menus, logo, copy etc. (Requires Flash 8 skills) ALL OF THESE DESIGN CHANGES WERE DONE BY THE LAST GUY BUT HE COULDN'T FIGURE OUT THE FOLLOWING. 1) I want the header to animate on the homepage load but not when I load other internal pages. 2) I want the tab in the top menu tab to be highlighted if you are on the matching page. i.e. The "Contacts" tab should be highlighted if you are on that page. 3. You will notice the template package I purchased comes with several sample content pages. I need that content inserted into some of my pages I have already created in WordPress. I will replace the sample content with my custom content later but I like some of the layouts/formatting included with the template package.
