First I will start off by thanking you for viewing my post. I am looking for someone to create an auction site. After purchasing a few prebuilt auction scripts I have come to the conclusion that I need to have auction software designed or my existing softwares need to be combined. With that said let me describe in depth.
Budget:$25.00-$60.00usd but I will consider bids up to $100.00 usd

As mentioned previously I currently own auction software and I'm looking to combine the 2 software/php scripts I own into 1 and a few must have features.
Site must have all the basic and standard features of an auction site(which will be provided in the php scripts/software I currently own)
Must Have Features:
Paypal&Google Integration(shopping cart)
Meta Tags/Search Engine Ready/Google Ads/Links/Rss/Alexa
Shipping Methods-Usps,Ups,Fed Ex, etc.
A shipping feature for Us and an Int'l shipping field or a shipping calculator built in(based on the shipping method the seller chooses when listing there auction)
Discount Feature(most software already comes with this feature however I want to enhance this feature by adding a preferred seller field which will allow the admin to give sellers discount broker down percentage)
Banners-1 Main Banner and 3 generic banners
The design must have a place for html codes so that when the seller lists there items for auction they can use html codes for templates they own. This feature must also be allowed for use if the seller opts to have a store(uploading html codes)
There must be a place where templates can be stored and or uploaded in the admin and selling area that sellers can use. This feature would be similar to Ebays listing design feature
Extras:
The site must have attention grabbers and music that can be used by sellers that list there items

To sum it up I want a clone of Ebay's features and the site must be user friendly for the admin and the customers. Again I currently have software that is very very similar to Ebay's but there were some features missing but the layout is very similar to Ebay's. I would want the layout slightly different. There are also colors that need to be changed and the layout needs to be changed on the main page. This sounds more complicated than it is but it should be fairly easy since I already have software that can be used and modified however if you need to design the software then have at it but it needs to be within my budget and deadline. Whomever I choose must test the site out to make sure it's working and they must also provide me a working disk of the work. If you feel like you cannot complete this job please DO NOT BID.
