I need a programmer for a project that involves the following: Just need 1st part and quote for first part and 2nd part will see later
Part 1- Building a flex application inside a wrapper on a Joomla 1.5 installation that connects to a SQL database and is able to tell whether the visitor is a registered joomla user or just a visitor (It needs to know the joomla userID).
Part 2-The program itself will allow the user to add to the database, import text files and parse them into fields in the database and perform normal comparision operations in the database. This project is quite broad and ongoing so I would like fee quoted as well as an estimate on how long to get part 1 up.
I need an expert on SQL, PHP, Flex and Joomla for part 1. If you can do part 1 quickly and efficiently, please bid.

This is for a google adwords campaign manager software.
Intent is as follows:
Allows user to add record to a "campaign table"
Allows user to view and edit their "campaigns"
Allows user to import file to add to "keywords table'. Will need to parse file into 3 or 4 different fields.
Allow user to create ads and assign two ads to each keyword
Allow user to create ad groups which consist of two ads.
Allow user to create ad themes which groups similar keywords to the same ad.
Allows user to import csv data from adwords and clickbank to view statistics on campaign.
