    Description: Brief Description:
We require a module that can display the contents of <cite> tags from a pre-defined Joomla article section based on which product is being viewed in virtuemart. The module will need to work on virtuemart and non-virtuemart pages as explained in detail below.
    Detailed Specification:
A section will be created in the standard Joomla! 1.5 architecture with categories and articles.

Each article in this section will be created in relevant categories. Each article will have at least one <cite></cite> tag in the content where a comment/quote will be displayed. Where an article does not have a <cite> tag it is to be ignored.

Each article will also have a link to one or several virtuemart products using the vmproductsnap virtuemart plugin. Therefore each article will have the {product_snapshot:id=xxx|id=yyy} code within it.

The parameters screen of the module will need to have the following options: -
    Section id:
    Random category id:
    Number of articles to display:

The module will display the contents of the <cite> tag for each article found. The volume of articles to display must be controllable by parameter (Number of articles to display, as above). Effectively restricting the number of <cite> tags displayed. If the number of articles to display is set to 0, then it should display as many as it finds.

The module can be published either on virtuemart pages or other joomla pages.

If the module is published on a virtuemart category/product page, then the module must select articles from the pre-defined section that have a reference to the same category/product using the {product_snapshot} contents as mentioned above. If no article can be found, then the module should display a random <cite> from the Random category id specified in the parameters.

If the module is published on a non-virtuemart/other joomla page, then the module should randomly select an article from the pre-defined Random category id and display the contents of the <cite> tag accordingly.

We also need the module to use cache control. We understand this module may be quite system intensive, especially on a large site, so we require the module to use cache control. We recommend using the core Joomla! Cache control to keep things standard.
