| ffmpeg if broken needs be rebuilt from base about 30 packages codecs and libraries and not to mention php if your using php-ffmpeg. sorry to not bid 5 dollars . this will need be an escrow payment. good luck

| "no bid more then $5 dollars". So the programmer will win $0 plus a hypocritical "Excellent" feedback. You want your job done freely. Programmer will work for you freely, he will spend electrical power, connection cost, computer, human effort freely for you. He's your slave. Don't be ridiculous. Flatter programmer with a 10/10 useless feedback is dishonest. Pay him the real cost of the project. Such project can never be done with $5.
