I need a flash gallery scroller similar in functionality to those from Auctiva.com (for ebay auctions) shown on this page:

This will not be for auctions but for classified ads.
Data will be from XML feed.
The display settings of the flash should be set from a separate config file where the following can be defined:
A. Horiz or Vert display
B. Total height if horizontal display; total width if vertical display
C. Background color and border color of outer container
C. Background color and border color of individual item boxes
D. Define a header and footer, including text, font and colour
E. Define characteristics of item boxes: image size, font colour, type, size
F. Number of items shown at a time (which will determine total width of horiz, total height if vert)
G. Auto scrolling on/off
H. Ability to turn a title bar on/off and specify text, text color, text size, title bar color
I. XML feed may have differing data fields, so data to display for each item will be defined in the config file. Generally, common items will be an image, title, price, url, and date.
J. Scroll will repeat endlessly unless paused by the viewer
The flash should be able to do most of the Auctiva functions including:
1. Present item pictures and text horizontally and vertically.
2. Provide means of scrolling forward or back and pausing or resuming the automatic scroll.
3. When clicked, a non-centered item will be moved to the center and zoomed a bit.
4. When clicked, a centered item will opens a new window to the url.
All source files are to be provided, Ownership and all rights will be owned by me.
Support must include bug fixes, and I prefer an ongoing relationship so this can be modified in the future by the original programmer.
