	Description:	I am looking to develop a GPT website similar to that of sites like Cash Crate and Treature Trooper. I am looking for something unique and exciting to attract new members. There will be no fees to sign up to be a member, nor ever will be. Members will get paid to complete surveys and offers. I want to use a service like Offerpal Media, www.offerpalmedia.com to integrate the surveys and offers into the site where they automatically update the survey content on their end. Take a look at these sites, the functions and features here is what I'm looking for, I suggest you sign up for these sites to see the insides of the way they are set-up: www.cashcrate.com www.treasuretrooper.com I do need a complete back-end admin panel where I can control the site, edit content and view member stats. I am looking for someone who can design the complete site and get it up and running where I am able to start getting members signed up from the day I take it over. I have not come up with a name, logo, domain reg. or anything, which would all be up to the developer, with approval of the new info. of course. This is a project I would like up, running and ready to get going by the end of the month. Please note, I am not looking to spend thousands of dollars on this, as it is a start-up. However, I am looking for someone to POSSIBLY help with ongoing enhancements and updates in the future where the designer would be paid on a monthly basis for maintenance and technical support on the site.
