	Description:	Site just like a CLASSIFIED AD site, some might consider it a Clone of a famous Classified ad site, but we want this to have a much nicer front end and tie into a CMS. It will be custom for specific industries (we will disclose during bid process). We will have other Websites and misc projects in the future if you are the right person for these jobs. Lots of potential work for the right person/company - Web Design, CMS, scripting, site specific design, development, etc. Once you show your interest for this project, the details will be sent to you. There are several aspects of this project- 1. Creation of a site like any popular Classified Ad site where users can buy and sell with many additional features some hopefully you can recommend would work well for our needs. 2. Categories will be based on specific industries related to the Events & Creative industries. Users must be able to cross reference searches and have the ability to add multiple categories to ads as well as multiple geographic locations. User will have the ability to pay for added multiple category and geographic listings. It is important to monetize this part preferably through our e-store's back end. 3. Some data entry and products FOR SALE will need to be added to populate the site as well as some writing of articles and mass blogging. Maybe 40-75 product ads and a few articles and blogging. 4. Also, as with all projects, we expect a good back end to tie into the entire Search Engine Strategies anyone would want in a project like this with the industries we want to reach. We are a growing startup that needs your expertise and assistance. Contact us by providing your details and a bid for this type of work. Once we send you details you can change your bid. It is important to keep this bid between 5 USD and 300 USD. We have many other projects and ideally would like to find one or two companies or individuals who we can work with to complete all of them. Once you send an inquiry or a Bid I will send you additional information about who we are through a series of links so you can learn more about us and our direction. We are not looking for a gigantic site, but we do want something that our "In-house Team" can add to on a regular basis and collaborate on down the line- thus the need for the CMS. If you have other options of doing this please let us know. It is important that our project stays Open Source. A FEW OTHER DETAILS: Fluency in English is essential as it is extremely important to us to have very good and positive communications. Myself and other managers are easy to work with- however, we do expect the task to be done right the 1st time it is attempted (this is why communication is vital), but we also realize no one is perfect. We are searching for a programmer, developer, integrator, web guru, with integrity, competence, honesty, and "IDEAS". We prefer to pay with PayPal, but will be flexible. It is important to communicate by email mostly, but will also be available by either AIM or Skype, the occasional phone call could work too if necessary (I would prefer to speak through SKYPE so it is less expensive). We would be pleased to answer any of your questions about the project or any of our future projects. I will try to make myself available as often as possible, my partners schedules vary too- between all of us, there are only a few hours we may not be available (Usually after 3am PST to 8am PST - also GMT-8). I do work long hours especially because our company is importing products from China I am the manager for this part of the project as well. I work late to communicate with our China contacts. I don't expect tasks to be completed on an 'urgent basis' unless they truly are urgent. We are hoping this does not occur often. I do expect some type of communication though...even if it's only a quick 'hello' to review notes or to let us know that you're 'still alive and well, but maybe running behind'.
