I need an experienced graphic artist for website template modifications and design for a flash website. Please read project specifications completely.
My client is a strategic management and marketing consulting firm and have purchased a website template you can view at Template Monster (Template Number: 21669).
I will provide you all the template files. Template Monster provides the following technical description about the template files:
Type: CSS FULL SITE FLASH 8
File Formats: .PSD; .HTML;.FLA;.SWF
Software Required:
For uncompressing a template ZIP package:
WinZip 9+ (Windows);
Stuffit Expander 10+ (Mac);
Adobe Photoshop CS+;
Adobe Dreamweaver (or Microsoft Expression Web);
Adobe Flash 8+
You will need to do the following:
-modify web template pages - replace all template copy with copy provided from me
-replace logo in header with client logo provided by me
-create layout of copy and graphics as needed for each page
-create any needed icons or graphic elements to fit in with overall web design
-re-create some business diagrams the client uses into web images for web pages
-post pages online for me to review and provide feedback until satisfied
-may need to create a web form for a "contact us" web page that does not attract spammers (protects email address)
-may need to link pdf documents
-site must work as flash and non-flash
-link web pages as needed
-upload and setup final approved website to client Linux-based hosting account
The final website you develop is expected to be 13-20 pages maximum. Sitemap to be provided to you.
For final work:
-use style sheets as appropriate
-final web pages will pass the W3C Markup Validation test without errors

Once completed, you will provide me all completed necessary images, fonts and the web pages including final source files for everything.
You will transfer all copyrights for all work to me.
Payment will be placed in escrow (to be released: 25% initial, 25% after concept chosen, 50% completion)
