Whe need a simple script created to be used for selling products by telephone marketeers.
In the script whe need to be able to create several different accounts using different usernames and passwords in where whe can upload an xml file or other containing information of companies to call and manage the complete results.
For example:
Whe create an account for a seller and then whe want to upload a file for that user to work with.
After uploading the user must be able to get the full list uploaded on the account in there own personal workspace.
The file contains several companynames, addresses, phonenumbers and other information.
The user of the account must be able to select a company uploaded in the file and then open that information to be able to add. information about the call and others to use in the future.
For example:
Every company selected by the user must be able to be opened to input all information about the call being made to that company.
When a company is called and the product is sold, the user of this application must be able to set the account to a "SOLD" option and add information into an input field to see all information discussed in the future when needed. When there was no sell the user must also be able to write all information about the conversation and must be able to make a direct folowup call in the account witch is opened. The user must be able to set a timeframe on witch date he or she wants to try to sell the product to that company again. In this case it must be possible to first reed the information added to the account at the first time so he or she knows all information about the first call and then try again the second time.
When selecting a timeframe the script must be able to send a reminder message to a given email to the user using the account the remind him or her to follow up the account. This information must contain information about the company name.
After all this options the information must always be able to be updated so any user of the account can always see when someone is contacted, what the result is and what information is discussed.
Basicly whe need a programmer who is known with the software used by call centers. The information above is a basic description, but any programmer with experiance knows all details witch is needed for this project.
