	Description:	Simple project for a web designer and wordpress'er. I need a wordpress expert to help me code up a template do all the template coding and css and some web design work also, though I will supply most in page elements of the site such as logo, alot of the graphic elements and graphical buttons around the template for you (example: RSS Custom Icons, Ant Graphical Headers Used, Social Bookmarking Icons etc) What I Need From You: -A very capable Wordpress coder/css coder to work with, with my existing ideas and design elements to create an end result template. -Will need to do some basic web design work of course as I cannot do every single background image for a css header or roll over buttons etc. But I will take care of most major aspects, though your input will be required. - Any actual web design/graphic design will be very basic and involve graphical CSS elements such as BG images or maybe rollover buttons at the most complex of tasks you would be doing.. well turning the PSD into the buttons anyway, you see my point.. not much.. just bits 'n pieces that will be quicker for you to chern out in a few mins than worth to go back and forth. What I do: -I will let you know what styles of templates I like the look of based on existing live sites, we will come up with a 'base' to work from where I will create the header graphics, logos, major page elements in PSD, PNG, GIF, JPG for you to use to create the CSS and Wordpress Template Code. -I have a designer to do most of the elements but has no idea how to make it into valid wordpress template, so will provide you with elements on demand in PSD or your required format (Gif, Png etc) so it can be churned into WordPress/CSS - If you need certain elements for the design.. for instance you may say 'This needs some sort of graphic gradient to create a background like you like on www.thatsite.com we looked at, can you get me a 780x800 gradient of the colors of your choosing so I can use it for the css for the main template Background' -- or whatever. As I will show you some existing designs I like, then we will work together to use base ideas to create our own custom design. I think you get the picture and what is expected here. OVERVIEW OF WORK: * Turn PRE-EXISTING Design Elements (PSD, GIF, PNG, JPG) into Wordpress/CSS Valid Template. * Basic level Web Design for entry level tactics (eg. Create Gradient Background Image for CSS usage for buttons, or header Backgrounds etc), Also turning existing PSD of buttons onto valid rollover buttons etc.. the basic CSS level elements mostly. * Working with myself to agree on what elements are needed from the designer for your 'templating'. Also looking at a few existing sites so we both agree on the look we are after, and the 'type' of Wordpress Style. * Valid CSS, HTML, XHTML and Wordpress coding/templating with recognition of certain plugins that may be needed on a page to create an effect etc. Which can be found as pre-existing on web, mainly for Social Bookmaking plugins to go with Graphics for Digg etc etc. * Some knowledge of PHP is needed of course, and may be needed for design elements in templating. * Work on email and IM, and Must have Flexible hours, this would be a side project of course with the waits in between the deliveries of elements and most will be alot of discussion more than anything on what is needed from designer to create an effect or whatever... Okay thats all.Would suit a part-timer I would assume, but must have Great Wordpress Experience, CSS and PHP'ish experience. Web Design and some Graphic Design is needed for very small portions. THIS WILL LEAD TO SEVERAL OTHER PROJECTS RIGHT AWAY FOR THE RIGHT FREELANCER TOO! I need a guy/gal on call for my ideas to become reality, small scripts or something done very frequently as my past guy is gone :( Please PM me your experience, this is essential! NOTE: If I did'nt make it clear in the desc. this will be finalized by running on the site so I can see it in action of course with needed widgets etc. The widgets needed will be explained or present on sites we look at/I show you as mentioned above. I just wanted to add this incase it was unclear that this is not just a straight PSD to Theme and you give me the zip file, as all elements are mostly added to the Created theme will alrady be made for you in Gif etc, and it needs to be tested live to be working.
