All of you have been giving me websites of previous work. There are some greats works, but I need to see something that is very close to my requirements.
1. The output page should have text box with the html code for the designed output page. This means, if I save the html code generated in the output page in a separate html file, it must be similar to the output generated. Here is a simple example.

Similar to this web site, the user must input all information and the output page should have the html code for that page. Only thing is input and output should match my requirements should look the page in my description.
Cost is not an issues as long as it stays withing 150$. But I need some samples of what I am asking for before I choose winner. You must show me the ability to do what I am asking for. Send me a sample with at least one text area (description additional info etc), one image and the output html generating box.
Bonus will be 10% of winning bid or 20$ (which ever is maximum :) ) if I get satisfactory work
