The project involve a MySQL database migration from an old site to a new one.
The two databases are both in php/MySQL . However, they do not have the same database structures.
The old db have 25 tables and the new db have 66 tables, Therefore most likely it is going to be a manual.
The db have categories, members, leads (buy/sell) etc…that need to be migrated into the new dB.
We have looked and compared the two databases our selves and found the following notes about the import:
1- The two databases table names and columns are different.
2- Due to there differences in structure, some data have priority to be transferred (not all tables will be transferred).
3- We will help you throughout the import/export with any thing we can to speed up the process.
4- Some data in the old database resides in one table that needs to be extracted and reinserted to the new database in multiple tables or column.
HERE ARE THE TWO WE KNOW ABOUT:
A- The BUY and SELL leads are residing in one column in the old database. The BUY need to be extracted and inserted into its own table in the new dB. The same with the SELL leads, they need to be inserted in their own table in the new dB.
B- The images column from the old dB has to be extracted from a table and reinserted in its own table in the new dB.
5- We would like you to take a careful look at the two databases and give us a time table for the migration.
6- After the migration in done, a thorough check on the web site front end and admin section MUST BE DONE.
7- Not all tables needs to be migrated, only about 10 tables needs to be migrated.
8- There is testing data right now on the new db that needs to be removed (we would like to keep some of this new data if it dose not interfere with the migration).
9- Scripts on both sites are PHP but they are deferent.

Please don't bid unless you really know your PHP and MySQL well and know how to structure MySQL db.
