I need a small program which
1. should run as a Windows Service.
2. should always be loaded on the pc, even if the users were to end its process, it should restart itself -- only the administrator user should be able to stop the process / service.
3. should block a certain UDP port, both incoming and outgoing, from all ip addresses and even broadcast (like x.x.x.255, x.x.255.255, x.255.255.255, 255.255.255.255)
4. Please use "trend" in your bid or pm, so I know that you have read this - else I will ignore your bid.
5. should be a single exe -- should run directly without any "installation".
6. should work on Windows XP/Vista as well as Windows 2000/2003 (without .NET)
The program can be built using Visual C++ or Visual Basic (VB is preferred).
I need the full source code, and all rights over it.
