- Description: Task: To send PDF page/file attached to an email from MS ACCESS
To loop through all customer records in a MS Access query (existing) and send a unique email with a PDF attachment to each customer with the details of their purchase.
The email addresss is included in the query.
All the details for each Customer are included in the query.
The PDF attachment will have a standard logo background.
Each email will have one pdf page/file attached with all the details on one page.
The customer can print the pdf attachment when they receive the email.
What we will supply:-
Sample database with the relevant query and tables.
PDF logo background (can be converted to another format if required)
Layout when the information is to be placed.
Example report as an ACCESS report (not in PDF)
We require:-
This process to run after-hours at a set time and loop through each record, sending the respective email with the pdf attached to each customer.
To monitor which emails were unsuccessfull.
To update a DateEmailed' field with the date the email was sent
