PROGRAMMERS PLEASE READ:

I have a few websites. One of them is a busy social networking site that gets 200,000 unique visitors a month and is entirely custom coded, including CMS and forums. All of my sites are programmed in PHP with MySQL databases and are hosted on a powerful, dedicated Linux server with Mojohost.

I'm looking for an on going relationship with great, ambitious programmer who's completely and utterly comfortable working in PHP and can program scripts for high traffic websites. The websites are not monetized very well, and I will need to do some upgrades in order to see reasonable revenue, hence I'm not able to hire anyone on full time basis. However if I find right programmer, I will keep you on long term, on going basis and your payment schedule will grow as the site grows. We can also possibly work out a deal so you will get cuts form profits of the site.

There is a lot of work that needs to be done and it requires a real expert programmer. My sites have thousands of people on them on any given time of day. So we'll have to be able to upgrade scripts without too much disruption of service. Also be aware that you would be working on very complex websites with powerful features and scripts programmed by other people. You must be able to read other people's scripts well so fixing one thing doesn't break another.
