Hello, please give me a quote on a very basic, sketched Magento template (XHTML / CSS). Please have in mind it should go by the attached example layout but i don't need any kind of graphics just replacement images wherever is the case. Also, please populate with few fake categories and products just to resemble the attached jpg.
Budget is low so I am looking for good deals.

I received many example sites with good designs but I don't require any design at all. I just need the skeleton basic lines of the layout in clean, CSS / XHTML tableless layout conform the example sketch. It should be compliant with mainstream browsers, it should be centered, 970px in width. I need somebody experienced with Magento for a very simple and straightforward job.
The budget is $45 + the best review.
