Please have in mind it should go by the attached example layout but i don't need any kind of graphics just replacement images wherever is the case. Also, please populate with few fake categories and products just to resemble the attached jpg.

I received many example sites with good designs but I don't require any design at all. I just need the skeleton basic lines of the layout in clean, CSS / XHTML tableless layout conform the example sketch. It should be compliant with mainstream browsers, it should be centered, 970px in width. I need somebody experienced with Magento for a very simple and straightforward job.

The budget is $45 + the best review.
