	Description:	I wrote a book. I have specified complete website, and my graphic desinger can provide all the graphics. I am looking for a web developer who can author all the pages in html. Yes, ALL pages must be written in html -- about 8 pages, using the same templates. Mostly text, some photos and a few tables. I need to collect visitors email if they enter.
