Hello,
The following is what I do need in my site, I know it is very big but I'm sure the competition is big and tough. I saw that there is more than one script on line (PHP) most of them are for free. I prefer clones if you can change their Template. The original site is made by PHP so if you need the code I can supply it to you.
Admin Panel
I need the site to be CMS based. All contents will be fetched through database. With a separate Admin Panel with WYSIWYG Editor from where I can always add/edit/delete any category, text, image etc. and the same will be displayed in the U.I.
Business directory
The addresses in the site (Business Directory, Classified or Auction) should have a link to the location be Google map and Banners in all pages
Polls
Blog
A Blog with different Template choices.
Auction
Auction with the same features of e-bay.
The Customer will be able to put every thing edit delete his Auction
Classified advertising
The Customer will be able to put every thing edit delete his advertisement. With Banners
Home page
I would like to enable the customer to create his own website under ours

Like facebook.com or My Space
Coupons
Website Source Coupons and Coupon Codes in your site.

One registration should cover the whole site.

Important points:-
1- The site should have all the necessary things like Site Map and robot.txt.
2- I will need all the codes at the end documented
3- Admin Panel add/edit/delete any category, text, image etc. and the same will be displayed in the User Interface.
6- The site must pass the Flesch Reading Ease test (Readability level of the webpage).
7- The site must have good Search engine compatibility
8- You can suggest any other points and RSS feeds.

Please read the whole project, take you time, because when you accept the project and I accept the bid there will be no change or “how can we do this”.
I would like to see a proposal on how you will do the project part by part. I prefer if you use clone site in the parts of (Blog to be like Blogger (30 Templates), Auction like e-bay, Home page like homestead.com(30 Templates), profile like my space or facebook.com, Recipe like tasty-recipes.org, Name my baby like namemybaby.us , Answer like Answer.com , Video Chat like Skype, Video like Youtupe.com and Translator like yahoo translator) As long as you know how to integrate them together , match them with the template which we will have and use on registration.
The reason I prefer Clone because I need exactly the same exact functions of each one of those not less on bit.
You will provide six month of warranty in case of errors.
Make sure that the script for has separate editable template files with short codes and template selector
I’m sorry I forget to add forum to the project, if you would like to change you can do it
Business directory will have rating for each Business depends on the customer rate. And it will have snap shot of their site when you move the cursor on top of the company name.
