Image rating/Social networking site.
I am looking for a website which allows users to upload pictures to their account, and to then select pictures to be put forward for voting from the photos in their account.
I then want the user to not just have the ability to select 1 photo to be voted on, but to have the option of selecting 2,3,4,5 or 6 photos to be rated at the same time as a sort of "which of these cars is the best out of the 6 on display" basically for more than one photo to be displayed on screen as a selection and to have people select which picture is the best from the 2,3,4,5 or 6 on screen by giving it a thumb up vote.
I then want below the image(s) for registered users to have the ability to leave comments about the image(s) beng rated. Much like Yahoo Answers, I then want the ability to delete any comment or have users flag any comment which is abusive with a red mark which is then forwarded to me as the administrator which will then give me the option of deleting the users profile.
I also need a few pages extra for blog style content.
I also need space for advertisements
I need somebody who is able to be in close contact with me through msn, yahoo messenger or skype with the project and someone who is able to do a great job and who wont cut corners!
