	Description:	I need a .net component that, given a collection of images (or perhaps a URL where images can be found from) it will scan the images and return the best cutout of the persons face. So for example, it would get the best cutout face picture of the hoff from this URL: http://images.google.co.uk/images?q=hoff&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi Image type returned would be jpg/giff/png.
