I'm looking for someone who can clone the 2d fighter game engine MUGEN. This should be a simple job so bid low. I want the game engine 100% the same, but 100% re-coded.
I would like for the game engine to be expandable for future developments.

| there is no source code for MUGEN so a hole recoding can only be done by reverse-engeneering and analysing documentation, and testing existing samples, and comparing behavior to the original.
that's almost a full year word. i heard that a linux community already tried to clone it
