I need someone to build a site for me from top to bottom. I have a site I want to use as a clone, but, the site will have a lot of additions. These additions won't be for major additions just things like weather updates and a google maps applications etc.
The site will be a content management/portal site.
The site I would like to have used as a template is allmsu.com
Please study very carefully the web portal to be cloned BEFORE placing a bid. You really need to prove that you know all about the target portal which is pretty complex. This is not about a simple company web site though. This job requires truly seasoned and experienced web application designers and developers.
The following are my prerequisites:
1) I'll commit the project only after I see a demo
2) I need a name, address and registration num# of the company or the developer and a landline phone, aol instant messenger contact and skype contact
3) I need the source code (every part of it)
4) I'll pay 5% of the amount requested after 1 week, when you show me a personalized demo
5) After another week, if you don't show us improvement I'll drop the project, if you really are working there we'll pay another 15%
6) I'll pay the total amount when you'll give us the complete project and installed it on a server of my choice
Note:
for the last total payment I need a valid ID, NDA, copyright and letter signed for responsibility about not leaving backdoor open or giving away the source code.
