	I already have a pretty sweet script that is better than even Facebook's image thumbnailing app. It has already been tested by 100s of users of one of my websites, so it is refined to be simple to use and even lets users select from a list of sample icons if you want. Plus I already completed your other project but I made no monies on it, so give me a real chance this time :)
