I would like a script created that is for securing software downloads. Here is the idea.
Buyer downloads software after purchase. Upon opening the software they are shown a registration screen requesting their name and email address to register or enter X number registration code to verify payment.
After they register their info goes through an autoresponder to add them to the user's opt in list. (Aweber, get response, email aces, etc.)
If they ask for a refund, the script user is able to click on a link and they cannot open the software again without purchasing again.
Also, if they try to share or sell the software, the script will recognize a different hardware ID# and the script will request registration/purchase before the software will operate. (Note: If a customer wants to install the software on more than one pc, like a laptop and home pc, the script user can allow this.)
Download platforms that need to be covered will be pdf, html and exe files. This does not need to be NASA safe, but stopping 99% of the typical software theives is critical.
Initial sale would need to be able to verify payment from paypal or clickbank to allow immediate registration/use.
Two requirements would be full source code/resell rights and the ability to disable/enable software on any account with a click.
This software will be marketed to several people that will need assistance installing it on their server. If you are hired to create this script and communication is good, I will offer the clients a $20 installation option and pay the full $20 to you. =)

P.S. I am open to different programming languages, so if you think it would work best with a different language than I selected, let me know. (client must be able to install on their server, vs having it only run on my server.)
