I am making a online yard sale / garage sale website for my local area. An example of what I am looking for is www.kingwoodyardsales.com. Take a look at this site, play around with it and see if you can create something that uses the same features.
Examples. Sign up, levels of membership, ability to post pictures. These are a few.
What is important is once I receive the finished work, I want the ability to customize the layout and design of the page. I am not one to copy websites, but this one has all the features I want.
This will be installed on a Linux Server. I am not sure what languages it would take to do this. So whatever languages get this done is fine with me.
