Hi, thanks for looking at our project!
We currently have an Actionscript 3 / Flash / PHP / XML script that builds a Flash slideshow. It is activated by a simple URL which contains a record ID:
( for example, http://autopages.com/flash_dev2/auto_player.php?id=lcd_2061 where lcd_2061 is the record ID )
The PHP script looks up the record in our database (which is a text flatfile, NOT SQL), pulls all the necessary field data into an XML file, and then loads the appropriate content into the SWF to make the slideshow. It works very nicely. Here is an example (please click on the big image or on "watch video" to see):

So, if it works so well, what do we need?
We need an ALTERNATE version of this script, which creates the SWF as a saved file (rather than playing it on a screen). The file should be saved with the recordID as the filename (i.e., lcd_2061.swf), in a specific folder.
The SWF will need to have a few of minor changes, compared to the one made by our current script. Please refer to the current SWF for comparison purposes. For this alternate version/output, the initial "loading" box should be omitted, the control buttons on the bottom bar should be omitted, the bottom bar needs a little bit more information on it (items which are easily available in the XML file) and the final "contact form" part will need to be removed and replaced with a simple message like "for more details about this vehicle visit Autopages.com/record field 9)."
(If you watched our current video, the above changes will make sense.)
Finally, we need a PHP script which will be set up as a daily cron job. The script will check the database for the existence of new records, and if there is a new one, will generate the SWF as described above.
