Dear Designer,
I am looking into a logo design for my company.
Company Name: Maxiim
Summary: to rebrand major division of a company that has existed since 2000. Maxiim is a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) distribution company within the consumer electronics sector who, at present, focus on mobile technologies. Customer service is of paramount importance and alongside the physical supply of goods, Maxiim also provides guidance, product advice and support, as well as bespoke solutions to suit the client's individual needs.
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Maxiim employs approximately 35 members of staff and operates primarily within the UK market. The company has the unique advantage of being a specialist within the Portable Navigation Device (PND) and Personal Desktop Assistant (PDA) field as most other distributors operate on a broadline basis and are unable (or unwilling) to include the level of value-added service represented by Maxiim.
The aim of the logo is to raise awareness of the brand and be instantly recognised within the Consumer Electronics industry. It is intended that the Maxiim logo conjures associations of outstanding customer service, expertise, profit maximisation, and the reliability of a trusted, known partner.
Mandatory parameters:
* The company name MUST appear in the logo
* Design style to be clean and simple
* Prefer to be text based – additional graphics not essential
* Transfer of logo ownership entirely to Maxiim
* Logo may be included as part of designer's portfolio however any other use is explicitly prohibited.
