	Description:	I need a small app that collects the numbers from this image and separates them into a csv file. The app should be able to select the Folder the captures are taken from and then the output folder the csv files are saved in. It should work on the latest file dropped into the Capture folder Thats it. ALL IMs , Escrow Accepted. Additional Info (Added 10/13/2008 at 11:46 EST)... The app needs to be exectuable file on Windows. Preferrably JAVA or .NET . The image capture is from PNG file not from the web.
