	Description:	We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer with a good Marketing Sense to create images for a number of websites. They should be good at creating graphics that improve the message and user experience based on the websites content with little direction from ConsultingAce and our clients. This requires the person to be able to improve the marketability and message of the websites products or services without being told exactly what to design and how to do it. Our goal is to find one or more people who are creative and who we can work with on an ongoing basis on many different websites. Ability to also create flash elements is a plus but not required. We usually pay by the project but you can respond by just letting me know your h ourly rates in dollars with examples of your work.
