	Description:	I have a CSV file that has multiple rows. I need a program that will delete several rows of the file. I have attached the file I need cleaned. I need the first two rows of the file deleted. I need only 10 entries for each product code. If there are more than 10 I need the last ones deleted. After this is done, I need any rows numbered above 180 to be deleted. I need an EXE file that will read the file, do the deletions and save the csv file. I do not care what it is programmed in. If you can do it in Delphi, even better. Thank You.
