	Description:	Check if url is present on a page everyday, and send email with code after 30 days etc. 0- Page Rank test form - return pagerank of submitted url 1- submit form (above) - store url, pagerank and email in DB 2- check every day (cron job) if our hyperlink is present , keep track in a DataBase (0- not present, 1- present, 3- server unreachable) 3- If everything okay after 30 days the url was present every day, create a Random 8 Char Code, which is Stored in DB and emailed to user email, with value (value based on Pagerank, stored in DB). 4- After 180 days url being active, Repeat 3 5- keep doing this every 180 days
