	Description:	In need of an expert flash programmer that has already worked with JW FLV player. I have currently installed the popular JW flv Player on my site and need it customized. I need the player to look pretty much like the player here -> http://videos.onsmash.com/v/B4quIiyGkydEtDCT The only difference would be the colors and letters. I will need the letters/logo on the bottom right hand of the player to link back to my site or if possible offer the same options as offered in the player above (embed code / video url link). It must at least link back to my site though. And of course I will need the volume bar as well.
