	Description:	My website www.thejadedmball.com has a current banner that isn't work friendly and not real graphically advanced (I designed it). I would like a banner with a more updated design that is aesthically appealing and work friendly. I'd prefer something "sexy" so to speak that is unique and flows with the theme of the site. I'd perfer it to be a small size as I'd like to keep the load rates down but if its an issue in design I'll do the compression. The dimensions of the current image are 893x179, you can download the current header image through this post or by right clicking it on the website and saving it. I'd prefer if you compare the image to the website to get and idea of how it sits over the background. Thanks for your time. -Mike
