I am looking for someone to create php scirpt for a reverse auction site, where the lowest unique bid wins. the user will have options to top up there account balance at any time through paypal. i would like menus to be customizable. also the reverse bids login accounts must also work with the main store which is powered by osCommerce. Changes canbe adaptable, perferable inside the osCommerce store, but can be a independant code.
