I need script that will crawl the products on amazon.com, and can create a spreadsheet (or other organized data format accesible for statistical analysis) of all listings for "coffee", and all the information about this (price, shipping, size, type, organic/non, fair trade/non, details, description, rating, category, etc).
If you can do this for just coffee that is good. If you can do it in a way that will be able to accommodate (e.g., user input or slight modification of code) other products that is even better.
I think any coding language is fine as long as you can show me how to execute it.
