I need a header and footer designed and an ebook cover for a minisite I need done. Here are some examples of some really nice headers and footer designs:

I need someone to design the graphics AND do the simple CSS/xhtml coding and also someone to make little eye catching bullet points. Please take a CLOSE look at the the use of colors and eye catching graphics of the sample.. if your stuff doesnt look like his stuff please don't send me an email.. I only want good designers who understand what umm GOOD design is :)
