	Description:	NOTE: Developers agreed with following basic terms should respond to this project. 1- Project should be 100% complete and should be deployed on productrion server with in 5-7 days [weekends included] 2- Demo will be on developer's server. 3- 40% of total payment will be escrowed after completion and final approval [all bugs and modifications] of project. 4- 50% payment will be escrowed after successful deployment on production server. 5- 10% payment will be escrowed after successful test run on production/client's server for 07-10 days. /***********************************************/ We are looking for a programer to take an questionair from hardcopy and make it into a computer generated test. We will supply the questions the result formulas and the information print out that results from the questionaire. More most of the questions the answers are on a scale of 0-5. There are 4 modes each containing 15 questions. There is another set of 30 yes / no questions. And another set of about 50 question y/n question We would like the results to be encrypted with a password that when the person sends back the program we put in the password and print out the results.
