Description: |
1. Add an “ENTER” in the flash page (customers can click on this and get redirected to the home page).
2. A new page generated for current newsletter and also another new page for previous newsletters. We can actually manage the newsletters from the admin panel.
3. Font – make all texts on the web site the same font as Home page (including colour and size). Make sure that the font will not be easily affected when we are doing some updates (texts).
4. Have hyperlinks done for the page of Tea Information (direct the link to the right paragraph).
5. Insert “back to top” links at somewhere appropriate on the page of Tea Information (it is a long page).
6. There should be four steps of “Check Out” procedures. a. Sign In b. Your Details (this is for new customers to type in their details. Will go direct to Confirmation for existing customers) c. Confirmation (Your Order & Details) d. Payment. I'd like to have the four steps show on the web page when checking out.
7. Check Out Sign In – if the email ID already exists, it should tell you in this page. At the moment, it will tell you the ID already exists after you click on submit in the page of Your Details (It is annoying for customers to find out after typing in all necessary details).
8. Some of the wording needs to be modified, such as “Your mail has been sent successfully” – it should be “Your password has been sent to your nominated email address. This is just an example.
9. In the tea sections (from Admin Panel), there are 5 boxes for us to offer various weights of tea to customers. However, there is only 1 box in the Exotic Teapots, Gift Ideas and Tea Sweets. I'd like these 3 sections to have 5 boxes as well.
10. Enable the sections of “Exotic Teapots & Accessories” and “Tea Sweets & More” to have sub categories added by us from Admin Panel like “Tea Section”.
11. Add an icon / link “back to products” in the inner product page to enable customers to return back to sub category.
12. Enlarge the size of the font for the descriptions of the products.
13. Be patient and work up to customer's satisfaction.
