	Description:	See the attachment for the design template. 1. The blue content box should have a standard minimum heigth. The function min-heigth is not working in Internet Explorer, so you have to use another way to solve this issue. 2. On pages with a smaller heigth than the browser, the heigth of the background image is to small. This results in a white space at the bottom of the page. You need to test in Internet Explorer and Firefox. I need to have solved these issues fast. Additional Info (Added 8/29/2008 at 8:36 EST)... I'm looking for a person with a good rating, so I will remove bids of bidders with bad reviews.

	the reason the min-height style doesnt work, is because this is a style that is limited only to firefox, and thus obviously will not work in other browsers. there are ways round this of course, and this job will not take me long to finish, and you site will look great across all browsers :)
