	Description:	I am looking for a good, quick Flash professional to assist me with some tweaks over the next 3 hours. Most are navigation and transition tweaks, plus I have an image gallery that I am trying to manipulate a button in. Must be available on IM and able to dedicate the next hours to this project entirely. It is urgent it be completed to exact specifications so I need someone who has a good eye for detail. I am willing to pay someone $50 to assist me over the next 3 hours, if you are able to complete a good number if tasks on the list.
