I have around 30 websites, all hosted as "add on" sites on one main domain.

I am changing web hosting companies so I need all my sites backed up, data bases for 1 forum & 2 wordpress blogs backed up & setup on my new hosting service.

You will need to make sure they are all running smoothly.

The forum on the existing site is out of date version & needs to be installed on the latest version with the new host.

I need this done asap as my current hosting is about to run out.
