I need a PHP script built that does the following...

User types in keyword...
Script scrapes Google Adwords Tool, MSN Commercial Intent Tool, and Google itself for a result. (will discuss full terms in private)

Based on the result that comes back the script should then show
the visitor a large red, yellow, or green indicator. To let the
user know at a quick glance what the results mean.

This script should also be able to sit on my website in a small
area and not interrupt the sales flow of the page.

This should be an easy job for anyone who has ever built a php script before that scrapes data from another website. I'm also interested in hiring the winning bidder for the bigger version of this script and many other easy php jobs.
