	Description:	I have 3 kinds of Order Forms that can either be rolled into one PayPal cart or created individually. I'll listen to your suggestions. The order forms are currently in PDF format. You can utilize MySql, an off-the-shelf cart, or modify a cart you already have. The finished cart needs to be simple enough to integrate in existing design and move into a new design, shortly. If you are interested and need further information, let me know and I'll send you the current pdf order form. All information on the order forms needs to be incorporated into the online order form. In addition the online order form should have an option for the customer to complete the cart and printout if they need to mail or fax order.
