I need a book/pamphlet written about loan modifications and short sales in the US.
It should be an instructional manual showing homeowners how to successfully apply for and negotiate a loan modification or short sale with their lenders.
It should walk the client through the entire process, include documentation requirements, and tip and tricks to getting it completed including best practices for success.
It should include an explanation of what a loan modification is as well as some very brief history behind it. There should also be references to recent bills passed in the US in regards to loan modifications. I will provide additional documentation that should be included once project is started.
Developer must have EXCELLENT English and EXCELLENT writing skills.
Developer must provide draft(s) for me to edit and then make changes as necessary. I will need unlimited revisions as this is a rapidly changing field.
This will require extensive research online. Information does not have to be original, but it MUST be cohesive and make sense to a home owner who has no idea about the subject.
I am looking to have 1 book written with both loan modification and short sale information in the same book and also have 2 separate books for each subject.
I need the first draft completed and to me by Monday 9/1
